Motorcycle, cash and other valuable documents were looted away by the miscreants on the point of fire-arm from informant Rajiv Kumar as well as his companion, Vijay Mandal. It is evident from para-24 of the case diary that aforesaid motorcycle has been the subject matter of Lalganj PS Case No. 323/2019 whereunder one of the co-accused, Raja Kumar made inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement identifying the petitioner to be his associate along with others who were actively involved during course of commission of the occurrence.

Moreover, nothing in addition has been collected at the end of I.O. by way of corroboration.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15936 of 2020(3) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 Consequent thereupon, let petitioner, Saurabh Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM- 1st , Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bagwanpur PS Case No. 212/2019.
