====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(B)(ii)(c), 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 287.55 quintal Ganja was recovered from the house of co-accused Kamrul Hoda.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Kamrul Hoda. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that huge quantity of Ganja was recovered and

6. Considering the huge quantity of recovery and nature of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
