In the present petition, the petitioner has virtually prayed for declaring an inspection dated 28-09-2012 improper on an allegation that assessment was made incorrectly. It is not in dispute that on the basis of such assessment, an F.I.R. under Section 135 of the Electricity Act has been instituted. The Court is of the opinion that while exercising civil writ jurisdiction, this Court may not interfere with the inspection conducted by the authority concerned and thereafter, F.I.R. was

Patna High Court CWJC No.15522 of 2014 (2) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 lodged.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

If so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
