Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the FIR named accused is of involvement in forceful child labour. Son of the informant was victim of the crime. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and he is in custody since 21.12.2018. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is complete. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17097 of 2019(2) dt.29-04-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Harsidhi Police Station Case No. 40 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
