At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is statutory forum for appeal against the refusal to admit the document in question to registration, under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 and thus, the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to approach the said forum.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If the petitioners invoke the appropriate statutory
