JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-08-2017 The petitioner, a class IV employee, superannuated on 30.10.2010. At the time of retirement, he was posted in the office of the District Manager, State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Kaimur, Bhabhua. He has filed the present writ petition for issuance of a direction to the respondents to pay all his retiral dues. 2.

Mr. Nirmal Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation

Patna High Court CWJC No.13502 of 2016 dt.21-08-2017 2/2 Ltd. has submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, all the retiral dues of the petitioner have already been paid. 3.

In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has no recent instruction into the matter. He has submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the authorities, in case, any amount is found due to be paid.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd. Kaimur, Bhabua in case any retiral dues has not been paid to him till date. In case of filing of such representation, the District Manager shall be required to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order on his representation within two months. In case any amount is found admissible, the same shall also be paid within the aforesaid stipulated period of two months.
