The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No.115 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Father of the informant had gone to earn his livelihood in the State of Haryana district- Hisar along with this petitioner. Thereafter, he did not return and the petitioner on query gave a flimsy and suspicious reply about the whereabouts of the father of the informant. In the circumstances, it was suspected that petitioner had committed the murder of the father of the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case-diary would reveal that no eyewitness
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60341 of 2017 (3) dt.08-02-2018 P2/ has supported the case that victim started return back journey from Hisar along with this petitioner or he was ever seen at Hisar along with the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
