2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur (Town) P.S. Case No. 458 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court twice.

4. Unknown Criminals looted Rs. 1,96,60,777/- from HDFC Bank, Jadhua Branch. Part of the looted amount i.e., Rs. 16,15,000/- has been recovered from the petitioner, who is in custody since 22.07.2021.

5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21530 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 petitioner that the trial is progressing and out of 26 witnesses 14 witnesses have been examined.

6. This application is dismissed with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali to produce the remaining witnesses on the date fixed in the trial.

7. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State will communicate the order to the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali.
