Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2017, having allegation that he along with others was intercepted on a vehicle while carrying stolen electric wire.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pothia Police Station Case No. 140 of 2017,
