No. 8042 of 2017 i.e. the notification issued by the statutory authorities being G.S.R. 440(E) dated 25th of April, 2016 wherein the benefit of 4% increase in pension for each year in deferring drawl of pension is extended even after 58 years but not later than 60 years has been filed, the appellants are now required to extend the benefit of the said notification to the respondent employees also and we dispose of the matter with direction to
