The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.129 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 470, 471, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui. In view of the huge amount of fraud perpetuated by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
