The very dispute of seniority between the privaterespondent, Chanchala Kumari and Krishna Kumari, who was Respondent No. 5 in the O.A., now, has no meaning in view of death of Krishna Kumari and there is no other claimants on her behalf claiming any kind of benefit from her seniority. In view of the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to go into the nitty-gritty of the arguments being made on behalf of the appellant. The submission as to which Rule applies
