2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.10.2017 in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 144 of 2017 (G.R. No. 830 of 2017) for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 353, 332, 333, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the accusations against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature. There is no material to disclose that any injury has been caused to anyone or any incriminating article has been recovered from the exclusive possession of the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the criminal antecedents of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60091 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
