2. Permission is accorded.

3 . The bail petition of petitioner No. 2 is dismissed as withdrawn .

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner No. 1 and the State .

5 . Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118(1) , 76, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ), 109 (1) and 3(5) of BNS.

6. As per the prosecution case , informant Sunita devi alleged that on 24.09.2024 all the acused persons named in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19692 of 2025(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 the F.I.R., including this petitioner assaulted informant, her son and husband. It is further alleged that this petitioner assaulted husband of informant. Petitioner has got 3 criminal antecedent.

7. Considering the nature of accusation , criminal antecedent and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner No. 1 is rejected.
