The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.29 of 2014 registered under sections 376, 511, 34 and 506 of the IPC.

The petitioners are alleged to have committed rape with the victim.

It is submitted that the father of the petitioners had earlier lodged Complaint Case No.1344 of 2014 against the informant of this case. Considering the facts and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail.

The court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail without being prejudiced of this order.
