ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the informant and the learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.163 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
After going through the entire F.I.R., I do not find any specific allegation against this petitioner.
Learned counsel for the informant has drawn the attention of this Court to an order dated 13.7.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20892 of 2015 and submits that on similar allegation, co-accused Saheb Tiwari has not been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No.30780 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 However, considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner and the fact that there is no specific role attached to her, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dev Prem Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwaria P.S.
