There happens to be an allegation of stalking, whereupon the victim/informant was forced to stay at the place of her Fufa. During course of stay, when she along with her brother were in market, both the petitioners met with them and then they tried to lift her. On hue and cry people assembled, caught hold both of them and after arrival of the police handed over to the police.
From the supplementary affidavit it is evident that the case has been compromised.
That being so, it looks prudent to direct the learned
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15937 of 2020(3) dt.08-07-2020 2/2 lower court to release the petitioners on bail to his own satisfaction after examination of the victim/informant and in terms thereof, the instant petition is disposed of. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) skpathak/- U T
