ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-03-2016 The Petitioner, who is the Informant, seeks quashing of the order dated 20.9.2013 passed by the court of the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge 3rd, Purnia in S.T. No.452 of 2011, by which he has refused to recall P.W.7 and P.W.8. I find that P.W.7 was examined but not produced for cross examination, on account of which her evidence was expunged.
