2. The writ petition had been filed against the order dated 19.11.2016 by which the petitioner has been placed under suspension.

3. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the departmental proceeding has been taken to its logical conclusion and final order passed on 22.04.2017 by which suspension has been revoked and some punishment has been inflicted.
