Patna High Court CWJC No.17561 of 2016 dt.24-07-2017 2/2 affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.4 and 5 that full pension, full gratuity, leave encashment and GPF for the period 200809 and 2009-10 have already been sanctioned and amount of Group Insurance has been credited to the account of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the authorities concerned in respect of any other remaining grievances.
