The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No.958 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. One loaded country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 11.11.2019. Of course three criminal cases are pending against the petitioner but the petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months.

Considering the facts that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than seven months for recovery of one loaded country made pistol, petitioner, namely, Rocky Kumar @ Rocky Yadav is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19998 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No.958 of 2019.
