An allegation has been attributed against the petitioner by the informant, a police official with regard to possession of loaded country made pistol.
From para-3 of the petition, criminal antecedent has been shown by the petitioner which has been explained under para-11 of the petition whereunder he has explained that Mukesh Kumar, an informant of Karja P.S.Case No. 315/2019 got the petitioner involved in another case bearing Karja P.S.Case No. 316/2019 and then, Karja P.S.Case No. 190/2019 taking the police in his collusion and the same police official has been utilized in getting this case falsely instituted and to justify the same, drew attention towards overwriting over the date on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15849 of 2020(3) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 which the petitioner is said to have been apprehended, overwriting over the date where signature of the informant has been put at the fag end of the written report, column no.1 of the seizure list as well as at the fag end of the seizure list. Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Saurabh Thakur is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
