Twelve persons out of whom nine have been named including the petitioner were gossiping in front of the shop of the informant and during course thereof, Gautam Kumar, Raunak Singh and Raja Chaudhary were armed with pistol. On protest made by his brother Navin Kumar, they began to assault with fists and slaps and then Raunak Singh shot at the chest of his brother causing instantaneous death. It has also been disclosed that they are ruffians and they intend to extort money by way of threatening the shopkeepers. The petitioner, who happens to be under custody since 30.10.2019, has not been suggested specifically.

No.15841 of 2020(2) dt.04-06-2020 2/2 In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Rupesh Kumar Singh @ Rupesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai in Laheriasarai P.S.Case No. 456/2019.
