JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.02.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No.5298 of 2014. C.W.J.C. No.5298 of 2014 was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Engineer-in-Chief, Road Construction Department by filing a representation fully explaining his grievance and was directed to take a decision in accordance with law.
The aforesaid order was passed on the prayer made by the petitioner. He now wants that he may be allowed to approach the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration
Patna High Court MJC No.1399 of 2015 (2) dt.08-07-2015 2/2 Tribunal, Bihar, Patna instead of the Engineer-in-Chief for redressal of his grievance.
Learned counsel appearing for the State does not have any objection to that.
Accordingly, this application is allowed. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned Tribunal for redressal of his grievance.
