JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 04-02-2022 The matter has been heard via video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out certain discrepancy in the show cause notice.

Learned counsel for the State fairly admits that the show cause notice is not happily worded and is thus defective. He submits that the show cause notice shall be withdrawn. However, liberty may be given to the authority to issue a fresh show cause notice. We accept this prayer.

In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary. The impugned order dated 30.01.2021 passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9147 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 Sub-Divisional Officer, Nawada Sadar stands quashed. The writ petition stands disposed off.
