JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the District Teachers' Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai for redressal of her grievances.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the petitioner approaches the said authority within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits without being impeded on the issue of limitation.
