Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The son-in-law of these petitioners committed suicide in the house of these petitioners.

Allegation is that the petitioners and wife of the deceased committed the murder. After investigation, the police has submitted chargesheet under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code only against the wife of the deceased.

Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioners nor any motive is alleged for the

No.54124 of 2017 (3) dt.16-01-2018 crime, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sakra Police Station Case No.236 of 2017, G.R.No. 2801 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
