The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.10.2018. He further submits that he was the driver of the vehicle wherefrom the cash and mobile were looted by unknown persons. He further submits that in the instant case charge sheet was submitted on 08.01.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and after conclusion of investigation charge sheet

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25253 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 was submitted on 08.01.2019, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 280 of 2018.
