Petitioners apprehend arrest in Mahua PS Case No. 237 of 2019 registered under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Sections 4/8 of the Pocso Act.

This is second anticipatory bail application. Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 49156 of 2019

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20538 of 2020(2) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 under order dated 4.12.2019.

The Court after due consideration of the submissions in support of anticipatory bail had earlier rejected the prayer. Neither there is any occasion nor the law permits for review of the earlier order.
