2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jandaha P.S.Case No. 294 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2023 having clean antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23213 of 2024( 2 ) dt.04-04-2024 2/2 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, Hajipur in Jandaha P.S.Case No. 294 of 2023.
