The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 134 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the complicity of the petitioner having been found in course of investigation in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
