2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his case is squarely covered by the decision rendered in CWJC No. 9938 of 2024, titled Sridhar Prasad Singh Vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner, along with other Panchayat Sewaks, submitted a representation on 05.04.2018 before respondent No.1, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5616 of 2025(2) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 Principal Secretary, Department of Panchayati Raj, Bihar, Patna, as contained in Annexure-P/6. In the said representation, the petitioner's name is available, but the name of Sridhar Prasad Singh is not mentioned. Therefore, both the cases should not be treated as identical.
3. In light of the submissions made, and particularly given that the representation P/6 is pending before the Principal Secretary, Department of Panchayati Raj, Bihar, Patna, this Court hereby directs that a decision be made on the representation in accordance with the law within 90 days from the date of production or receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
