2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.36 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners, being mother-inlaw and married Nanad respectively of the informant, have been falsely implicated as after due investigation the police has found the accusation of administering poison to the informant not true.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from

No.37869 of 2014 (2) dt.03-04-2015 2/2 the date of communication of this order, let the petitioners, namely, Geeta Devi and Indu Devi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri T.A. Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No36 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. with additional condition that the petitioners will be well represented on each and every date and if they fail to do so on two consecutive dates, their bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
