A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.15919 of 2016(2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 Programme Officer (Establishment), Patna, from which it appears that the petitioner received the final withdrawal of G.P.F. amount of Rs. 6,65,565/- in the year 2008 itself. Reliance has been placed, in the said counter affidavit, on a decision of this Court, dated 23.03.2015, in CWJC No. 3714 of 2015 (Sajjandhari Prasad v. The State of Bihar and Others), to take a plea that such delayed claim cannot be entertained. Considering the fact that the petitioner has attempted to raise a claim pertaining to March, 1985, this application, filed several years thereafter, cannot be entertained. This application is accordingly dismissed.
