The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 308 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner and others and alleged that they all having armed with stick entered into her house and assaulted her. Kamal Kumar is alleged to have assaulted the informant, Upendra Kumar assaulted the husband of informant on his head and her son, Alok Kumar but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is a lady. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30587 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 2/2 / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Islampur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
