JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 142 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 27.05.2018. He has been arrested in this case merely on suspicion. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that hot exchange has taken place between petitioner and informant. Thereafter, the petitioner has been implicated in the instant case.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49781 of 2018 (2) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, Rail Court, Gaya, in connection with Gaya Rail P.S.
