Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 8.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42646 of 2017, with an observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge or completion of his custody of six months, whichever is earlier.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now he has remained in custody for more than six months and he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60381 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S.Case No.270 of 2017.
