ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 On 3.8.2015 this Court had directed that opposite party Nos.2 and 3 be present in Court so as to ascertain the true version regarding the disputes.
Today, the petitioner as well as both O.P. Nos.2 and 3 are present. After interacting with the petitioner it is clear that he has recalcitrant approach and has firmly stated that he will not be living with the lady in question.
So far as O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, they have categorically stated that they wanted to stay, but the petitioner has been very rigid in his approach and the mother-in-law has been supporting the illegal acts of the petitioner and they have been

The father of the complainant states that he has made all efforts to get the matter reconciled but because of the rigid approach of the petitioner, his daughter could not be sent to the matrimonial home.
Considering the stands adopted by the petitioner, this Court has no option but to recall the order dated 3.8.2015, by which this Court had directed that till further orders, let no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No.124(C) of 2013, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Buxar.
Accordingly, the aforesaid order dated 3.8.2015 is hereby recalled and anticipatory bail application is rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
