1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 448, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he along with his brother retired from B.S.F, it is next alleged that they gave an amount of Rs. 43,50,000/- and Rs. 33,00,000/- respectively to their cousin (Ramlal Goswami) for purchasing 87 Katthas and 66 Katthas of land at Bhojpur, but they came to know that forged sale deeds were executed and the same land was sold by accused persons to two different persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that

No.23372 of 2023(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the dispute is purely civil and Ramlal Goswami and Dharmshila Devi have already been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a learned Co-ordinate Bench by order dated 03.08.2021 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 22918 of 2021 and the case of the petitioner is on a much better footing.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 127 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishabh/- U T
