The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Panapur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is very specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted the informant and Mukesh Ray with knife and corresponding injuries are found.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
