ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-07-2015 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of nondischarge dated 11.6.2015 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Araria in Sessions Trial No.1363 of 2013 arising out of Complaint case No.3271 of 2008.

Considering that the Petitioners seek discharge on questions of fact which cannot be gone into at the stage of 482 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31990 of 2015 dt.20-07-2015 2/2 specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Araria, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
