2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 504/34 IPC registered in connection with Terahgachh P.S. Case No. 92 of 2013.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely on family disputes. The petitioner is living separately from the family of the deceased having no concern with their day-to-day affairs. After due investigation it has been found by the police to be case under Section 306 IPC. The husband of the deceased has since been released on bail by this Court.
4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37857 of 2014 (2) dt.03-04-2015 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Terahgachh P.S. Case No. 92 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with additional condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
