The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.04.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he fired in the air first and thereafter fired on the mother of the informant.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is remained in custody approximately one year, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the
