The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 829 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 324, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties with regard to the dispute of boundary
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17174 of 2019(2) dt.20-06-2019 2/2 and both the parties have sustained injuries. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 829 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
