2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 469/2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 118(2), 109, 303(3) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner along with others assaulted the victim. While some accused persons have been named in the FIR, others have been implicated during the course of investigation. The occurrence is stated to have arisen out of a caste dispute and it is alleged that the informant was brutally assaulted by the accused persons.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2025 annd has one criminal antecedent. The allegations against the petitioner are serious and grave in nature. There exists prima facie material against the petitioner indicating his involvement in the commission of the offence.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the genesis of the occurrence, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

7. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
