The petitioner is apprehending their arrest in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 84 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399, 402 the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a, 26 (I) (ii) of the Arms Act.

Having regard to the fact that there is one case pending against the petitioner. The Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner However, dismissal of the anticipatory bail application will not cause prejudice to the petitioner and in the event, the petitioner surrender before the Court below and prays for regular bail, the Court below is hereby directed to dispose of the application for regular bail of the petitioner on the same day in accordance with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49645 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 law without being prejudice by this order.
