The petitioner has again filed the present application for anticipatory bail after rejection of his previous application being Cr.Misc.No. 33029 of 2013 by order dated 23.12.2013. The only point being raised by learned counsel for the petitioner is that subsequent to the passing of the order recently another co-accused whose case is claimed to be on identical footing has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

The said cannot be a ground for reconsideration of the earlier rejection of the prayer for anticipatory bail. No fresh facts have arisen which would entitle the petitioner to anticipatory bail in his favour. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) spal/- U
