Versus

4. Sub - Registrar, Registration Office, Bhagalpur, District- Bhagalpur .... .... Respondents ====================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner : Mrs. Sweety Sinha, Advocate For the State : Mr. Sita Ram Yadav- G.P.16 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 12-09-2017 Heard both sides.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to allow him to put his signature on the deed duly drafted by him and presented before the Registering Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an advocate, who drafted the deed presented for registration before the Registering Authority but he is not being allowed to put his signature on the deed as Draftsman. I do not find any force in the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner as there is no rule authorizing the petitioner to put signature on the deed drafted by him and presented before the Registering Authority.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12732 of 2016 (2) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 Thus, this petition is dismissed as devoid of merit. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) N.H./- U T
