JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Today again, a prayer is being made on behalf of the petitioners for adjourning the case. This prayer was made in presence of Mr. M. Rab , learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 /informant, who is officer of the Bank.

The present petition was filed for quashing of F.I.R. I have examined the F.I.R. which categorically discloses commission of offences. However, since repeatedly prayer for adjournment is being made , the prayer for adjournment stands refused.

The petition stands dismissed due to non -prosecution. In view of dismissal of this petition interim order of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15882 of 2013 (5) dt.29-11-2016 2/2 stay dated 9.1.2014 stands vacated.
