JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 436/420B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that petitioner and her husband Shambhu Prasad set the Health sub-centre, Rasulpur on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is A.N.M at Pratappur after transferred from Health sub-centre, Rasulpur.

Hence, maliciously the petitioner has been roped in the present case. It is further submitted that husband of the petitioner has been granted regular bail.

Let learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, keeping in view that petitioner is a lady and husband of the petitioner has been granted regular bail by learned Court below, if the petitioner surrenders

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31552 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 within a period of six weeks in connection with Medini Chowki P.S. Case No. 127 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai.

Accordingly the application is disposed off.
